Ten years ago, Spirit of Yorkshire filled their first casks of Filey Bay spirit in Hunmanby. This special release celebrates the journey from those early days to the thriving distillery they are today.

A marriage of whisky matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Madeira casks, including spirit from the distillery’s very first cask, Cask 001, filled in June 2016. The result is a whisky unlike any previous Spirit of Yorkshire release.

Made using locally grown barley and crafted entirely in Yorkshire, it is a fitting celebration of a decade spent proving that world-class whisky can be made on Yorkshire soil.
