Rosemullion – Cornish Dark Rum

A 40% ABV rum fermented, distilled and aged in Cornwall.

Carrying a light spice & botanical flavour profile with deeper notes coming from the source molasses – lightly sweetened with no caramel. A smooth easy drinking rum that works with just ice.

Cocktails include Poldark & stormy, Dark rum twizzle, Ancient mariner, Hurricane, Mai Tia

The usual suspects of caramel, coffee and clove are present, so nothing new on that front. However, the flavours and heat are incredibly well balanced, leading to a rum which is great as a sipping rum but would work well in a zombie too. “

Please note – the colours of these products are natural. We don’t use colourants, so some natural colour variation will exist between batches.

Rosemullion Distillery is run by Andy & Liz, a husband-and-wife team of chemists. They wanted to combine thier scientific knowledge with passion for quality spirits.

Founded in 2018, the multi-award-winning distillery operates from a Cornish orchard.  Driven by a passion for creating high-quality full-flavoured spirits.
