Made with the delicate sweetness of elderflowers and balanced by a gentle, refreshing finish, this liqueur is light, floral and wonderfully easy to drink. It’s the sort of bottle that finds its way onto the table as the evenings grow longer.

Serve it over ice, mix it with tonic or sparkling wine, or pour a little over lemon sorbet for a simple summer dessert.
