Whitby Spiced Rum

The Whitby Rum from the Whitby Distillery, creators of Whitby Gin, is distilled with Sea-buckthorn and Pepper Dulse then laid to rest in Madeira casks. The result is a mellow spiced rum with subtle charred orange, cinnamon overtones and caramel whispers.

70cl  40% ABV

This lightly spiced rum has candied plum overtones followed by caramel whispers. The powerful coastal flavours fade into a pleasantly spiced finish. An initial aroma of scorched orange followed by elegant spiced overtones.

Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a rum and ginger. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Rum. Pair with 150ml of ginger beer garnish with a slice of lime.
