Yorkshire single malt whisky and single malt spirit (made with 100% homegrown barley) are gently married together with the richest dairy cream to create a beautifully balanced and complex cream liqueur of exceptional quality and flavour.
To try it ‘traditionally,’ we’d recommend pouring generously, either straight up into glasses or over ice. For something a bit different, we also think it’s great poured over ice cream with grated chocolate on top or whipped into double cream alongside meringues! However you serve it though, one thing everyone here agrees on: best enjoyed with friends.
