You’ll have to forgive us if you are browsing our website and you come across this little guy.
We have recently had a spate of bot attacks. They order the lowest priced item on our website and we get a flurry of failed online orders.
This clogs up both our order list and our emails, so we’ve been working with our web designer to block the bots.
The problem is, they are ever evolving and keep out smarting us.
So here is our latest attempt to catch them out. A bot trap.
Please do not attempt to buy this item, as it is not real. Please do rest assured though, the rest of the items on our website are very real, sent by real people, and really do arrive in the post.
For full disclosure we did sell our soul and use AI to generate this image, as we didn’t have a mouse trap, nor a robot to hand.
If anyone has any advice for blocking bots please let us know!
