Items bought online can be refunded within 28 days of purchase. Please use the return slip on the reverse of your compliment slip and return the item to our store in its original condition using the address provided. Faulty items will be fully refunded or exchanged. If an item is returned because it is unsuitable we cannot offer a refund on the postage cost.
Items bought in store that are unsuitable can be exchanged for another product or credit note within 28 days of purchase if returned in the original condition. Faulty items can be fully refunded or exchanged.
We are happy to offer advice on our products, including sizing via email or phone and hope to get the correct product to you as soon as we can.
We aim to package your goods in a safe and protective way, using as little plastic and other difficult to dispose of materials as we can, we will include good wishes and love to you and your family and hope to have your goods with you in between 2-5 working days.
