O’Donnell Moonshine – Raspberry – Limited Edition

1. More raspberry than this? Probably not.

This limited summer edition is packed with ripe raspberry flavour, balanced with just a little citrus freshness. Sweet without being heavy, and smooth enough to drink easily over ice.

Inspired by traditional moonshine, but made for slower summer evenings.

Drink it neat, long with lemonade, or poured over vanilla ice cream if you’re that way inclined.

Available in a 700ml jar. Don’t forget to add a pouring lid.

Ramble Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 40 ml Raspberry Liqueur
• 20 ml Vodka
• 20 ml Lemon juice
• 10 ml Sugar syrup
• 6 Raspberries

Preparation:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
• If you prefer it without raspberry seeds:
  Muddle the raspberries thoroughly in the shaker first, then fine-strain(pour through a fine mesh tea strainer or bar sieve).

For those new to Moonshine: it was an illegal grain alcohol distilled during the era of the American Prohibition, bottled in traditional Mason Jars to avoid the suspicion of the authorities. O’Donnell Moonshine brings just a hint of that infamous epoch to a new generation.
