To help ensure this, we pay our staff and the local post office for their efforts. We have tried to keep the cost of delivery as low as possible and would love to see you come into the store and collect your items, it’s free to do so, but we understand this isn’t possible for many of you. Our delivery charges help us keep the cost of our products low and the quality of goods and service high. We are sorry to disappoint you if you were expecting free delivery, but for our small family-run company this isn’t possible.
Items bought online can be refunded within 28 days of purchase.
If you would like to return an item to us, because it is faulty please retain a receipt so that we can offer you a refund, if however the item is simply unsuitable then return postage will not be refunded.
We are happy to offer advice on our products, including sizing via email or phone and hope to get the correct product to you as soon as we can.
We aim to package your goods in a safe and protective way without using plastics and other difficult to dispose of materials, but we will include good wishes and love to you and your family and hope to have your goods with you in between 2-5 working days.
